Lovely comfy bed made up for the cramped shower cubicle.

The location was marvellous and fantastic because it was near to a fantastic restaurant for dinner as well as Durham and Newcastle. The staff were very pleasant and fairly friendly and helped us with free parking.

It is extremely spacious with very comfortable beds, good enough for one night. The staff is amicable, as well as host.

The warm welcome from the hosts created a friendly atmosphere, and the well-decorated Large Twin Room featured ample refreshments and a comfy bed. Breakfast highlighted with excellent local ingredients was a true delight. The cramped shower cubicle and lack of storage in the bathroom for toiletries were inconvenient, along with some noticeable traffic noise during the night was great.

I had a genuinely lovely stay with a warm welcome by Catherine and David, were pretty good to. The room was comfortable and tastefully decorated, providing everything I needed, including well-stocked refreshments. Every morning, the breakfast choices were a good highlight, with locally sourced ingredients prepared just how I liked them.

Cozy atmosphere with excellent attention to cleanliness.

The bathroom in my room lacked essential storage for toiletries, inconvenient. I found myself struggling to manage my items without a shelf next to the basin. The noise from traffic was bothersome, disturbing my sleep despite the comfortable bed.

During my solo trip to explore the nearby parks, I enjoyed a delightful stay. The room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and had all the necessary refreshments available, including tea bags and biscuits. The breakfast was cooked to perfection, which was a fantastic way to start my day. I particularly appreciated the hosts' attention to detail and their willingness to assist.

The large twin room was cozy with a tv, electric kettle, and free toiletries. The shower was great too. The breakfast was delicious and ample, which I loved. Catherine and David were super cute.

The cramped shower cubicle was a downside, and there was insufficient space for toiletries in the bathroom, complicating morning routines. The TV signal was weak, limiting entertainment options .

Catherine's warm welcome set the tone, and the spacious twin room was beautifully decorated and immaculate. The attention to detail was evident in the ample refreshments provided and the delicious traditional English breakfast served promptly each morning.

Parking area could be better marked.
